we had a lovely stay at park plaza hotel orlando, winter park. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. our queen room with a balcony provided a nice view and was very comfortable. the location is great for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. they even delivered tasty coffee to our room in the morning, which was a nice touch!

the only downside was the noise from the trains and neighboring rooms. but it didn't ruin our short stay.

Charming lobby, friendly staff, with great air conditioning that kept us comfortable during our stay and excellent proximity to local attractions such as the boat tour and the Morse museum.
